Located in the heart of Rovaniemi, Recove offers a recovery space where you can enjoy a wide range of recovery methods for 90 minutes. In a calming environment, you can escape the hustle of everyday life, support your body's complete recovery, and focus entirely on yourself. Recove operates as self-service.

Recovery is a physiological process that allows both the mind and body to return to a balanced state after everyday stress or physical exertion. After periods of increased alertness or activity, the body should enter a recovery phase, during which the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system is activated to help reduce overall arousal and restore balance.

Without adequate recovery, the body becomes overloaded, energy levels drop, and performance suffers. Insufficient recovery can lead to fatigue, sleeplessness, difficulty concentrating, a weakened immune system, and mood disturbances. On the other hand, effective recovery supports both health and well-being, boosting energy, balance, and overall happiness.

Anyone 16 years or older can use Recove's services by purchasing either a monthly membership or a single-session pass.

Yes! You can visit Recove for an introduction by booking a dedicated orientation session. Contact our staff to schedule a suitable time. During the session, our team will guide you through the facilities and equipment, after which you can explore and familiarize yourself with everything at your own pace.

Of course! Send us an email at info@recove.fi, and we'll arrange a package for your group, for example pre-christmas parties, baby showers or workplace wellness days.

You can book Recove's recovery space for personal use by joining as a monthly or morning member or by purchasing a single-session or multi-session pass. Booking is easy through our online reservation system, where you can select a time that suits you. Each booked session lasts 90 minutes.

What to bring:

• A phone to access the front door using the Enkora OnTheMove app or alternatively, you can find your personal door code in your account details.

• A towel and swimsuit if you plan to use the cold plunge.

• Please bring warm clothes in winter. When you relax, your nervous system is activated, and you may feel chilly.

• 1. Book your session via the recove.fi website or the Enkora OnTheMove app.
     

  2. Once your booking is confirmed, you can enter the place using the OnTheMove app, which opens the front door.
     

  3. Enter your email address in the app – Recove will then appear automatically.
     

  4. From the app's bottom menu, select "Lockers & Access".
     

  5. The screen will show the Recove door and a lock icon – tap the lock, and the door will open. Note that there is a 10-second delay before it opens.
     

  6. Important: You can only enter at the start of your booked session. The door will not open before your reserved time.

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase through Recove's online store.

1. Select and purchase your desired product directly from the online store.

2. After your purchase, email us at info@recove.fi to let us know you'd like it as a gift card.

3. The gift card will be sent to you via email and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Yes. Massage sessions can be paid with Epassi,Smartum. or Edenred. Recove session can be paid with Edenred.  Please note that wellness benefits are personal and can only be used for your own purchases.

If you want to pay for a recovery session or massage with Edenred, please contact us by email at info@recove.fi. The payment is made through the Edenred mobile app.

Booking Terms

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your booked session via the booking system. Cancellations within less than 12 hours must be made by contacting Recove staff at +358 40 505 2021 or info@recove.fi.

Session Duration:
Each recovery session lasts 90 minutes, and the space must be vacated within your reserved time.

Entry:
Entry is possible using the Enkora OnTheMove app or the door code sent to your email. Access is only granted once your booked session has started.

Cleanliness:
Please ensure the space is left clean and tidy, and all equipment is returned to its proper place for the next user.
